My objective was to increase student engagement and customer satisfaction, for which I thought of the library as an experience itself — a place of comfort current students would actively think about even outside of an academic context, and a strong attractive asset of the university for prospective students.

Further diffusion in Aberystwyth Arts Centre and other departments

Shwmae Su’mae Day and National Poetry Day
Networked and collaborated with other departments to give Welsh culture their spotlight
Interactive events to engage our target audience and foster a sense of community
Copywriting and website management
Regularly wrote for and updated several websites, which strengthened my communication skills and reinforced my knowledge of CMS systems.
Results and impact
All my posts increased the engagement consistently by 2x and boosted reach by 10x on our social platforms
The creation of a TikTok account was a success as it performed better than our next best platform, Instagram.
Positive feedback on surveys available to students and academics
My campaign was successful as it established a warm and friendly environment, enhancing the student experience by creating a community where our target audience could come to the library for more than just to study.
